Our evening ritual would consist of watching the cook from our hotel clean the fish we were about to eat every night. I've discovered my favorite fish to eat is Red Snapper.

How I wish I could blink my eyes and be on that beach right now! Amazing. I'm glad that you had a VERY Merrry Christmas. Your boys are adorable. And so are you guys. :) You are definitely living the life... soak it all in!
