This is a scene from Salima Central Hospital where Jeff does outreach visits a few times a month. People wait all day and he travels down there (an hour or so each way) and sees about 50 patients in about 4 hours.
This post made me wish two things: (1) that I had become a doctor, not a lawyer; and (2) that I was living in Africa! Kudos to both of you for helping so many. You two are amazing.
